ACP Announces Summer 2025 Dean’s List

OAKWOOD, VA (September 22, 2025) – The Appalachian College of Pharmacy has announced its Dean’s List for the Summer 2025 term.

Students named to the Dean’s List must have a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or higher.

“We are very proud of our students for achieving Dean’s List status here at the Appalachian College of Pharmacy,” said ACP Provost and Dean, Dr. Susan Mayhew. “Our accelerated three-year program of study is rigorous and we congratulate them for excelling.”

Members of the Class of 2026 who were named to the list are: Saraf Anim, Francis Asogwa, Dylan Barrett, Emma Chandler, Samantha Cool, Donald Danson, Chrystal Dickens, Makayla Fields, Dalton Frye, Ty Hollon, Umar Janjua, Joey McCall, Hannah Ratliff, Brooke Rowe, Brittany Russell, Jesse Tackett, Dalton Younce and Hassan Zubair.

Members of the Class of 2027 named to the summer list are: Omar Al Aqeeli, Ali  Al-tekreeti, Shereen Albazaz, Ana Amoako, Kareen Awuro, Ibrahim Boateng, Haydon Caudill, Mohamed Elnaggar, Justin Ensminger, Sarah Ghalayini, Daniel Gilbert, Brad Gustafson, Dalton Jenkins, Rutvik Kheni, Taylor Layne, Ryan Lester, Dhruvi Patel, Prince Patel, Rutul Patel, Drew Simmons, Meron Timkete, Meredith Williams and Zavia Williams.

The Appalachian College of Pharmacy is the only three-year Doctor of Pharmacy program in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Founded in 2003, the college accepted its first students in 2005. It is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) and the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC). Its mission is to cultivate a learning community committed to education, community outreach and the professional development of pharmacists. Its graduate pharmacists are now practicing throughout the United States.
