ACP Announces Spring 2025 Dean’s List

OAKWOOD, VA (May 23, 2025) – The Appalachian College of Pharmacy (ACP) has announced its Dean’s List for the Spring 2025 term at ACP.

Students who are named to the Dean’s List have a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or higher.

“We are very proud of our students for achieving Dean’s List status here at the Appalachian College of Pharmacy,” said ACP Provost and Dean Susan Mayhew. “Our accelerated three-year program of study is rigorous and we congratulate them for excelling.”

Students named to the list are as follows.

Class of 2025: (Summa Cum Laude) Basem Abdelhamed;Henrietta Annor; Kaitlyn Cook; Mahmoud Elhagaly; Emily Lester; Abanoab Masry; Shobhit Sood; (Magna Cum Laude) Savanah Cervinka; Meghan Combs; Caleb Damron; Abdulla Al Mamun; Elizabeth Mischel; Mona Patel; and (Cum Laude) Alborz Fatheddin; Erin Morgan; and Juveria Syeda.

Class of 2026: Saraf Anim, Francis Asogwa, Dylan Barrett, Emma Chandler, Samantha Cool, Donald Danson, Chrystal Dickens, Makayla Fields, Dalton Frye, Ty Hollon, Umar Janjua, Joey McCall, Brooke Rowe, Brittany Russell, Jesse Tackett, Dalton Younce and Hassan Zubair.

Class of 2027: Haydon Caudill, Justin Ensminger, Brad Gustafson, Dalton Jenkins, Taylor Layne, Ryan Lester, Drew Simmons and Meredith Williams.

The Appalachian College of Pharmacy is the only three-year Doctor of Pharmacy program in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Founded in 2003, the college accepted its first students in 2005. It is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) and the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC). Its mission is to cultivate a learning community committed to education, community outreach and the professional development of pharmacists. Its graduate pharmacists are now practicing throughout the United States.
