Residency Application Process
Appalachian College of Pharmacy Community Residency applicants may apply by using the Pharmacy Online Residency Centralized Application Service (PhORCAS).

Application Deadline: January 1st
Application Requirements:
- Letter of Intent
- Curriculum Vitae
- Official college transcripts
- Three letters of recommendation
- ACP employment application
