Dr. Randall C. Cole is a PGY-1 Community Pharmacy Resident and an Instructor of Pharmacy Practice at the Appalachian College of Pharmacy.
Dr. Cole earned a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the Appalachian College of Pharmacy in 2014.
Dr. Cole is an active member in Virginia Pharmacist Association (VPhA) and the American Society of Health Systems Pharmacists.
His professional interests include Medication Therapy Management (MTM), chronic disease states that affect members of Appalachia, and increasing the health, wellness, and education of his fellow residents of Appalachia.
Dr. Cole enjoys the outdoors as much as possible and also enjoys playing music with friends. He is native to Grundy, Virginia and currently splits his time between Grundy and Pikeville, Kentucky.
Dr. Molly Dougall is a PGY-1 Community Pharmacy Resident and an Instructor of Pharmacy Practice at Appalachian College of Pharmacy.
Dr. Dougall earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree from The University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee and a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Presbyterian College School of Pharmacy in Clinton, South Carolina.
Dr. Dougall is an active member of American Pharmacist Association (APhA), South Carolina Pharmacy Association (SCPhA) and Virginia Pharmacy Association (VPhA). Her professional interests include diabetes, asthma/COPD, academia, medication therapy management, patient education and empowering her patients to live healthy lifestyles.
Outside of pharmacy, Dr. Dougall enjoys playing tennis and baking. She considers Columbia, South Carolina home and currently resides in Wise, Virginia.
Dr. Erin Pauling is a PGY-1 Community Pharmacy Resident and an Instructor of Pharmacy Practice at the Appalachian College of Pharmacy.
Dr. Pauling completed her undergraduate studies at Wilkes University (Wilkes-Barre, PA) and earned a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Shenandoah University (Winchester, VA) in 2014.
While at Shenandoah University, Dr. Pauling was a member of American Pharmacists Association Academy of Student Pharmacists (APhA-ASP), Rho Chi Society, Christian Pharmacists Fellowship International (CPFI), Kappa Epsilon Professional Pharmacy Fraternity (KE), and served as a class officer. Her professional interests include anticoagulation, stroke, diabetes, immunizations, and academia.
In her free time, Dr. Pauling enjoys spending time with family and friends, visiting new places, and volunteering for a variety of community outreaches. She is also a board member for Servant Outreach, a mission organization based in Mifflinville, PA and has served on five medical mission trips to Tegucigalpa, Honduras. Dr. Pauling is a native of Berwick, PA and currently resides in Lebanon, VA.
