Scholarships
ACP will also award a limited number scholarships to qualified students based on merit and financial need. Some local programs are available that are residency specific, including a war veteran revolving loan in the form of partial tuition waivers. The amounts of those waivers depend upon successful applicants pro-actively pursuing them, meeting qualification standards and the amount of such funds available. Some second and third year pharmacy students, especially those doing well in their performance, acquire pharmacy sponsorship loans from pharmacies and the pharmaceutical profession. We hold an annual career fair to help facilitate that process but again, there is no guarantee you will be offered such a sponsorship. The Appalachian College of Pharmacy Scholarship and Financial Aid Application 
must be submitted it to the Director of Academic Records and Admissions.
