Assistant/Associate professor of
Pharmacy Administration/Social and Administrative Sciences
The Appalachia College of Pharmacy (ACP) seeks applicants for a full-time, twelve month Assistant/Associate Professor of Pharmacy Administration and Social Sciences. Rank and salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Applicants must possess a doctoral degree in the social and administrative sciences in pharmacy or a terminal degree in a related field. Candidates with a background in health care policy, outcomes research, teaching experience and/or a PharmD degree will be given preference, including candidates with both a PharmD and a Master’s degree in a social, behavioral, administrative or health science field.
The person holding this appointment will be expected to teach core curriculum courses in the areas of human and resource management and community health. This position will afford multiple opportunities to contribute to the field of health services research in rural public health in Appalachia.
