Dr. Rebecca Miller Spivey is an Assistant Professor of Pharmacy Practice at the Appalachian College of Pharmacy. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Mercer University in Atlanta, Georgia. Upon completion of pharmacy school, Dr. Spivey completed a PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice residency at Grady Health System in Atlanta. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from the University of Tennessee Knoxville and a Masters of Business Administration degree from Mercer University.
Dr. Spivey’s practice site with the Appalachian College of Pharmacy is located at Bristol Regional Medical Center in Bristol, Tennessee, where she practices internal medicine. Her interests include neurological disorders, infectious diseases and cardiology.
Dr. Spivey resides in Kingsport, Tennessee, with her husband Matthew. She enjoys reading, playing with her dogs and spending time outside with her family.
