Position Description:
Albany College of Pharmacy ( www.acp.edu ) has an opening for an Application Programmer in the Department of Information Technology. Incumbent will troubleshoot application and database issues, implement best practices, plan and administer upgrades and provide day to day support to end users.
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 3 - 5 years relevant experience (including utilizing CSS, JavaScript, .Net technologies, DTS, SQL and Transact SQL) and be familiar with DBA (including managing, updating and maintaining SQL server databases), GUI and web-based applications, and client/server and web-based architectures. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in an IT-related discipline and experience with Crystal Reports, Jenzabar and/or Blackboard, Infomaker and/or MS Reporting Services a plus.
