* All incoming students participate in the Writing Assessment that is administered as part of the Orientation program. The assessment is designed to direct students to the courses for which they are best prepared in the first year of the curriculum.
** The IPE – Community may be taken during a Summer session between the third and fourth years, or between the fourth and fifth years.
*** Typically, 35 credit hours of PEP are completed in the fifth year. Students who complete EPOC will only complete 30 credit hours of PEP during the fifth year.
